We are constantly working to improve the experience of being an IDHL employee. Our governance structure is designed to ensure that our people feel valued and informed at every stage of their journey with us.

Our leadership team is committed to the highest standards of governance, meeting regularly to make decisions that boost both corporate value and the well-being of our employees. Financial stability is a priority and maintained through a team of skilled, ethical professionals who are held to the highest standards of conduct. This commitment is reflected in initiatives like Salary Finance, which offers educational resources to suit the different financial situations and learning styles of our employees.

This commitment to financial stability also includes making sure everyone is paid fairly. Uplifting salaries to Real Living Wage guarantees that everyone within our organisation receives compensation that reflects their contribution and meets the current cost of living. Quarterly pay reviews and bonus opportunities are in place so the hard work of our teams is recognised and rewarded.

We strive to deliver value for all stakeholders – shareholders, investors, clients, partners and employees alike. Client feedback is encouraged through our Client Satisfaction survey which was launched in 2024. Providing a transparent and anonymous mechanism to better understand our relationships with our clients and areas for improvement.

Value to our people

The cyber landscape is constantly evolving, so too are cybersecurity threats. Recent statistics found that 50% of UK businesses reported having experienced a cybersecurity breach or attack in 2024. The average cost of the single most disruptive breach for medium and large organisations was approximately £10,830.

We are proud to be Cyber Essentials Plus certified since 2021, recognising the focus and improvements made by our business in order to maintain the highest security standards.

The Digital sector in which we operate deals heavily in personal data, so we have a responsibility to our clients, partners and employees to operate in accordance with all relevant data protection laws and ensure confidentiality and security of all data we handle. We are always taking the appropriate measures to refine our strategies to stay ahead of potential risks. We use a learning management system, KnowBe4, that houses all policies, procedures and training across the business. Our annual employee wide compulsory training programme includes the following 4 areas: (i) data protection, (2) information security, (3) anti bribery and corruption and (4) diversity, equity and inclusion.

Data and Information Security

In July 2024, we underwent a significant transformation with the consolidation of our nine legacy brands. Our One IDHL agenda and rebrand into two core market-facing brands - IDHL and Fostr - have allowed us to streamline our operations under a single, cohesive structure.

Far more than just a cosmetic rebrand, One IDHL unites our strengths and resources into a more collaborative, impactful organisation with clear internal processes and simplified services and solutions for our clients. As of January 2025, the assets and operations of Webevents Limited, IDHL Web Limited and IDHL Intelligence Limited were integrated under Ingenuity Digital Limited.

As IDHL’s geographical footprint grows both in the UK and US, consistency in internal systems and functions is more important than ever.  This unified governance minimises business disruption and ensures everyone is on the same page in terms of organisation-wide protocols and operations. Bringing our people together under a unified brand provides a platform for us to drive forward a stronger Employee Value Proposition and culture through a shared purpose and narrative.

The ‘One IDHL’ agenda

Responsibility goes hand in hand with good governance. One can’t exist without the other. It sets the groundwork to support a corporate ecosystem that nurtures trust and transparency while advancing corporate value. Effective governance holds our business and leadership team accountable; ensuring our decision making and performance are rooted and aligned to our ambitions and good practice.
